When you no-show or cancel with short notice, your pilates teacher doesn’t get paid. Their bills don’t get paid. They don’t bring in the money to cover the bills to keep the studio or their household running.

If you no-show once, we grin and bear it.
Your second no-show or late cancel is also on the house, but is definitely not cool.
If you no-show or late cancel twice, we still want to see you, but we will ask you to pay in advance to reserve your time/ or delete 1 class from your package.
Studio S Pilates has held that space for you, another client can’t be booked in that time, so canceling with less than 24 hours notice really hurts.
